Here is a simple forearm exercise, and one you can do from home, from your desk chair or anywhere where you can find yourself a sheet of newspaper. Start with your palm in the middle of the newspaper, then crumple it up until the four corners are in the middle of your palm and the newspaper is in the shape of a paper ball. Keep your knuckles down and do not assist yourself by pressing your hand against your body. You'll be surprised at how this exercise activates many other muscles as you work to secure that very last corner. This is great for your forearms (and it'll wake you up in the middle of that afternoon lull, too as it works to stimulate your blood flow as well). #REBELFITNESSMI #personaltrainer #gymrat #fitspo #fitfam #motivation #besomebody #LEGIONOFBOOM #iam1stPhorm #neversettle #fitness #fit #healthy #eatclean #hardwork #gym #fitspiration #dedicated #motivation #inspiration #instagood #instamood #picoftheday #deadlift #bodybuilding #iifym #flexibledieting #bulk #swole
