Protein Pancakes

From the Rebel Fitness Kitchen... Enjoy these protein-packed pancakes on a lazy Sunday morning. Adjust the numbers to match your own caloric or macro goals. PROTEIN PANCAKES 2 TBSP Almond Meal ----- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder ----- Couple of Shakes Pumpkin Pie Spice ----- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda ----- Dash of Salt ----- 1 Egg & 1 Egg White ----- Mix Add Unsweeteened nut milk to thin Cook over low heat. When the mixture starts to bubble around the edges, it's time to flip the pancake over. ----- Blueberry "Syrup" Blueberries, Water, 1/4 tsp Coconut Oil, Pumpkin pie spice. Heat to boiling. Serve over pancakes. Enjoy!
