Protein Pancakes
From the Rebel Fitness Kitchen... Enjoy these protein-packed pancakes on a lazy Sunday morning. Adjust the numbers to match your own caloric or macro goals.
PROTEIN PANCAKES
2 TBSP Almond Meal
-----
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
-----
Couple of Shakes Pumpkin Pie Spice
-----
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
-----
Dash of Salt
-----
1 Egg & 1 Egg White
-----
Mix
Add Unsweeteened nut milk to thin
Cook over low heat. When the mixture starts to bubble around the edges, it's time to flip the pancake over.

Blueberry "Syrup"
Blueberries, Water, 1/4 tsp Coconut Oil, Pumpkin pie spice. Heat to boiling. Serve over pancakes.
