It's Monday. It's Thanksgiving week - and this seems as good of a time as any to encourage you to stick with your nutrition and fitness goals during all of the celebration. Do you have to be perfect? No! Do you need to set a goal and go for it? Yes! Allow yourself the freedom to be flexible, but right now, before the temptation to skip your workout or eat a fourth piece of pie sets in, tell yourself what you want to do and make it happen! πͺπͺπͺ
