Chest Day!

Chest Day is always a great day. Here's a few vids of our last couple of sessions. Dan's killing it on the decline with 365lbs, @mrosey1124 is finishing out his chest day with @joeco77, by doing some Drop Sets (and starting out at 275lbs.... niiiice) and me going to fatigue with some 40lb DB Flys.

Had a great session with Jack last night who just turned 60 and signed up for six sessions. Last night we did a 7 x 7 that kicked off with Kettlebell Swings.
